Beyowulf, Keri Hilson and Katy Perry all looked stuning in my favourite colour of last year, nude.
Hilson has gone for the classic, figure-hugging shape usually the dominant tone at these sorts of awards ceremonies in her Dolce and Gabanna gown, though the faboosh fish tail makes up for it. Full on glamour points, although bigger hair would have definitely made it a bit more creative and wild – slicked like that it flattens the look. Katy Perry is Miss Cut-Out-And-Keep as usual in her Zac Posen glittery nude number complete with no back. As for Beyowulf, thank God she seems to have stopped letting her mother dress her – this floor length Stephane Rolland dress is a bombshell with graphic tribal prints subfusing the subtle shade, and the sharp shoulder to wide floor-length skirt taking the hour glass frame to new lengths.
